同纸 • 同知 Congeniality

Thirty years ago, we were squeezed into the same studio, pressing pigment from tubes and mixing colors side by side. Thirty years later, we've returned from different professions and different cities to gather once more around a single sheet of paper.

The teacher's brush now carries a keener artistic edge, while ours have absorbed the long-settled hues of lived life. Five brushes meet the paper—no conferring, no plan—yet the colors find each other as if they had always known the way: ochre drifts into mineral green, cobalt seeps through carmine, blending, merging, blooming like flowers opening in mist. Those scattered points of light in the unpainted white are fragments of memory—and the glint in our eyes as we meet again.

Thirty years is long enough to scatter people, but not long enough for our lives to forget color. This painting has no leading brush, just as this reunion has no protagonist—only delight.

It's been so long. What a gift to meet again as though it were the first time.

三十年前，我们同在一间画室里挤顔料调色；三十年后，我们从各行各业、各自的城市归来，重新围在一张纸前。

老师的笔带着更強烈的艺术锋芒，学生的笔染上尘封很久生活的颜色。五支笔落纸，无需商量，颜色却自己认得彼此——赭石漫向石绿，钴蓝渗进胭脂，晕染、交融、绽放，如雾中盛开的花。那些留白处的点点亮光，是记忆的碎片，也是重逢时彼此眼中的光。

三十年足以让人走散，却不足以让我們的生命忘记颜色。这张画没有主笔，正如这场重逢没有主角，只有雀跃。
